Power of Your Name

It has been a couple weeks since I have been available to post a song that has in some way touched my life over the last week. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to do so this week.

With the weather is getting warmer my thoughts are turning toward spring and I have begun to work on plans for summer ministry. I am planning to return to Romania to assist a local church in conducting a VBS type program, in the context of an evangelistic English camp for unchurched families.

Every time I think about returning to the harvest fields of Romania I am confronted with images of the desperate needs of the people there. It becomes my prayer that the Lord would use me to shine the light of His hope into their lives, too lighten their loads and point them to Him with every word spoken and action performed.

May I live to be a carrier of His compassion; too love this world so broken; too be His hands and feet. May I give with this life that I’ve been given and go beyond religion to see this would by the power of His matchless name!

If you are interested in partnering with me to bring hope to families in need throughout Romania, please click here. Your prayers are vital would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

Here is Lincoln Brewster with “Power of your Name”. Enjoy!

Serving Him,
Melissa

The great thing about Lincoln Brewster is he starts the worship before the words even start. I love listening to him play.

What a beautiful heart you have for Romania. Our church sent a small mission party over last year and they came back completely broken for the beauty of the people there.
