I changed my focus just a little bit to capture a train carrying coal across state lines.

There will be more scenic photos to come: until then, I pray that you are blessed.

An Abondance of Beauty

I cannot help but marvel at the beauty of creation in this wonderful season of spring!

The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God stands forever." Isaiah 40:8
Come now, let us reason together," says the Lord. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. Isaiah 1:18

But blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him.  They will be like a tree planted by the water   that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes;    its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought  and never fails to bear fruit.” Jeremiah 17:7-8.

I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. John 15:5

I am so thankful for the grace mercy and love that He pours on my life daily. How Great is our God!

Hushed and Humbled by His Grace,

Extravagant Beauty

The delicate detail and vibrant color which God has spread across creation leaves me in awe of Him. What marvelous beauty we have been given to enjoy!  I love capturing it!

 The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Psalm: 19:1

Trust in the Lord with all your heart  and lean not on your own understanding;  in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6

"Consider how the lilies grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in his entire splendor was dressed like one of these. Luke 12:27

Give thanks to the God of heaven. His love endures forever. Psalm 136:26

 I will have more beauty to share in my next  post. Until then, enjoy all the blessings that God has wrapped for you in the gift of today!

Richest Blessings in Christ,

Frozen Fog

I will be the first to tell you that I don't like winter. But even while I dread the bitter cold I must admit, there is something so majestic and serene about nature being dressed in winter’s pure white garments that I absolutely love! Take this frozen fog for example.

If this has wet your appetite for seeing some  really  incredible photos that capture the frozen fingerprints of God across the landscape of creation, I encourage you to take in an awe inspiring view from  talents of Jill and Lexi! Their work will leave you speachless!!  (and if you are like me a little jealous too.)  :-)

The heavens declare the glory of God;

the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they reveal knowledge.
They have no speech, they use no words;
no sound is heard from them.
Yet their voice goes out into all the earth,
their words to the ends of the world.

Psalm 19:1-4

In His Amazing Grace,

Melissa
